We offer a refund on items returned within 30 days of receiving your order, and store credit after 30 days. Please notify us of lost or damaged shipments within 30 days to be eligible for a replacement.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in new condition, unwashed, unused and in its original packaging.
In an effort to get refunds issued as quickly as possible, we are not offering exchanges at this time. If you are interested in a different size or color, we recommend purchasing the correct item right away and returning your original item.
Once your return is received and inspected, you will receive an email notifying you of your refund. Please allow up to five (5) business days for the refund to reflect on your original form of payment. If your refund is rejected for any reason, customer service will be in touch with you to resolve the issue.
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Sale items are not eligible for exchanges or refunds.
Returns are not accepted on international orders. All international orders are final.

We offer free standard shipping on any qualifying order with a subtotal of $99.00 or more (that's before taxes and shipping). For orders below that threshold, there is a flat-rate $9 shipping fee. Free shipping not applicable to wholesale orders. Internationally, we ship to Canada only and shipping charges will depend on the size of your order and shipping address. Orders ship from our warehouse within three business days of receipt, unless they are on backorder. If an item is on backorder we will notify you via email when they are due to ship out to you. All items ship via the most economical carrier.
Please Note: All shipments going outside of the USA are subject to the duties, customs, handling and other fees imposed by the receiving country. You, the customer, are responsible for payment of such fees/taxes. We are not responsible for the reimbursement of any fees assessed at the time of delivery. We are not held responsible for any issues or delays in international customs.
